Chalet Couple
Who are they?
The alpine club are a small, privately owned company formed in 2004 by a husband and wife to offer boutique, luxury chalets. The husband and wife live in the same region as their chalets all year round to offer a genuine hand-on experience for guests.
They currently offer 3 seperate chalets that sleep between 6 to 8 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom attached

Qualifications for the role?
All three of The Alpine Club's chalets are located in St Martin De Bellville, a small traditional savoyard village within the three valleys region.
Despite being in a smaller village of the three valleys (with Meribel and Courchevel nearby) the village is completely lift linked to the rest of the ski area, giving staff and guests access to nearly 600km of pistes!

The Alpine Club pride themselves on 'fine dining' for their 'discerning' guests. As such they require one member of the couple to have a formal catering qualification (City & Guilds 7061/2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent) or extensive experience in high quality professional kitchens.
They also expect the chef to have work experience in Michelin starred or AA rosette restaurants and the host to have hospitality experience in boutique/luxury hotels.
