Chalet Couple
Who are they?
Skiology was originally the brainchild of two brothers (one a highly talented chef) and was managed by both for some time. They are a bit of a foodie company and have high standards for their menu's as a result.
One brother (the chef!) has since left the management side of the business but still writes the menu's each year and the other brother and his family now manage their chalets.
Where are they?
Skiology have one chalet in Les Carroz, part of the 'grand massif' that encorporates 5 seperate villages and 5 chalets in Morzine, a large village within the area of Ports du Soleil. Both areas offer large lift linked areas to ski that are suitable for all abilities.
Skiology's catered chalets can sleep between 8 to 14 people.

Whilst Skiology's menu is designed and crafted by highly trained chefs and nutritionalists, they only describe one of the chalet couple roles as a 'cook'. Therefore, they do not mention any specific chef training but expect one of you to be comfortable to cook to a very good standard for up to 14 people, following a menu.
