Who are they?
Where are they?
Qualifications for the role?
Family ski have operated in the Alps since 1993. As the name would suggest, the specialise in family holidays and so offer very good childcare packages and child ski clubs that allow other members of the family to enjoy the pistes
They have catered chalets in three large ski areas; The Three Valleys (Reberty), Portes du Soleil (Ardent) and Paradiski (Les Coches).
They provide 18 catered chalets across the three regions that sleep between 4-18 people.
Whilst Family Ski prefer you to have hospitality/kitchen experience of chalet host course attendance, it is not a requirement of the role. They provide staff with the training for a Level 2 qualification in Hygeine and as long as you have a passion for cooking and can demonstrate this, they can train you to their standards!
Due to the close contact nature of the company with children, all staff are required to have a recent UK DBS check. If you do not have one, Family Ski can assist with obtaining one but will not pay for it.
Family Ski offer at least a private double room for all couple in addition to:
One and a half days off per week (A half day more than any other company - more time on the slopes!)
Transport to and from the UK at the beginning and at the end of the season.
A full season lift pass
Insurance that covers skiing accidents and emergency medical cover
Ski equipment for the full season
