Founded in 1982, Skiworld have grown to become the largest independent ski holiday provider in the UK - impressive, eh!?
They say they're big enough to offer plenty of choice but small enough to care...aww shweet! Being with a large company does have its advantages and disadvantages but they seem a cool bunch. They aim to provide great service at an affordable price and keep a close eye on their value for money!
They've got plenty of articles and blogs by current and previous seasonaires to perk your interest on their website so be sure to have a look around.
With over 100 available chalets across France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland, where there is a ski resort theres a Skiworld chalet (or one not too far away anyway!). Three Valleys, Paradiski, Verbier, Grand Massif, Espace San Bernardo, Espace Killy, Portes du Soleil, St Anton...Literally all of them. and throw in Alpe Du'ez and Les Duex Alpes for good measure too!
Skiworld do ask for cooking experience in their skills/attributes section but it doesn't rank highly! In fact, it often comes after 'good organisational skills' which should be a given for this role!
So...Don't be put off if you don't have any specific qualifications or experience. As long as you are passionate about food and hosting and regularly cook your own tasty and hearty meals at home, we'd say go for it.
The worst they can do is say no right!?
Do you know what? We couldn't find bugger all! Literally, all we could find was a 'competitive salary'.
We all know this probably means the same basic benefits package as most (accommodation, food, lift pass, hire, insurance blah blah) but we just couldn't tell you for sure...sorry!
