Considered one of the worlds finest regions to ski, St Anton am Arlberg as its officially know, throws up a world of fantastic skiing, unbelievable nightlight and posh hotels all in one. Its a great atmosphere that oozes class, whilst simultaneously offering up chance encounters between ski bums and celebrities.
Great for the mind, bad for the wallet though...
The Stats
Throwing up some 350km of pisted terrains, St Anton doesn't quite cut the standard of your large french resorts but there is still plenty to keep you busy. Aimed more towards the intermediate or advanced skier, St Anton offers a snow sure resort with ample off-piste opportunities too.
