The Blurb
The Verbier ski region actually makes up part of the much larger 4 valees region (yes, they had to out-do the French!) linking up the villages of Verbier, Savoleyres - La Tzoumaz and Bruson.
Its an area renown for reliable snow cover, this region offers great skiing and boarding for all abilities but its the legendary off-piste opportunities that brings this region into it's own...
The Stats
It might have more valees than the French 'Trois Valees' but it still isn't quite as big of seamlessly lift linked. That said, 412km of piste is still an impressive stat and consists of 107km green/blue runs, 202km of red and 103km of black runs.
However, the area is famous for its off-piste and freestyle opportunities. With enless pow to chase, if this is your thing, this is the place to be. It also offers quality heli-ski opportunities but I doubt the chalet couple pay will stretch to that...if you want to know what you could earn, read our blog here
