Founded in 2014, Snow Trippin are a relatively new independent ski catered chalet provider.
The two founders of the company do most of the work - from 'booking to cooking' as they say. However, with one chalet catering for 14 guests in 6 rooms they're looking to expand...and currently hiring a chalet couple!
Their love for the mountain is what borne the idea of the company and they look to offer affordable luxury catered ski holidays in the Alps!
Saint Martin De Belleville...where!? stay with me.
St. Martin De Belleville may be a smaller, lesser known village but it does still make up part of the largest linked ski resort in the world; The Three Valleys. Now, you will need a bus to the gondola and then two lifts to reach it, but from there you are at the absolute heart of the three valleys.
As mentioned, they have a single chalet catering for up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms.
Snow Trippin specifically request one host and one chef; that means that at least one of you should hold some formal catering qualifications and/or professional kitchen experience. As the founders previously hosted themselfs, and appear to be taking a step back now, the host will be responsible for creating a beutiful menu (to budget!) with all the usual courses plus canapes and cheese board.
All the usual suspects here, including a double bed in a self contained apartment;
19 week contract of approx 40 hours per week
One full day off per week
Excursions both inside and outside of resort - (not sure what that'll be!?)
Food whilst at the chalet
Transport to and from resort at the beginning and end of the season
Seasonnaire Insurance (sickness, injury, loss or theft or belongings)
Uniform; t-shirts, aprons, fleece, jacket etc.
A 'competitive salary' paid in pounds
A full Three Valley ski area lift pass - Extremely valuable!
