Alpine Culture are a relatively small independent catered chalet operator whose life began in 2008.
Run by a couple, the owners share in a passion for skiing and believe that where their chalets are based, within the Terentaise Valley, offers their guests the best skiing in the world.
Additionally, Alpine Culture can organise all aspects of the guests holidays, from ski hire and lift passes to transport to and from the slopes everyday.
Each chalet offers guests a taste of luxury (just look at the pictures!) with one chalet set in 10 acres of its own farmland and the other a highly sought after 5* chalet...just don't look at the 50k Euro a week price tag in peak season!!
The chalets can accomodate up to 12 people at once and the company also hire a professional chef to cook the four course dinner and canapes!
Given the luxurious nature of the business, Alpine culture employ a separate professional chalet chef to prepare all meals (woohoo!!). Therefore, their posts state the couple will split roles between being a host and a host/driver.
However, there is still an expectation that you will have some experience within the hospitality industry and still have a passion for food and a knowledge of wines.
Alpine Culture offer 'great' staff accomodation with their own rooms within their chalets. Given the level of luxury aforded to the guests in the chalets too, we're sure the staff quarters won't be so shabby either! Alongside this, Alpine Culture offer:
Lift pass and full cover Carte Neige insurance
Bonuses for your hard work and dedication
Plenty of time for skiing and 1 full day off per week
Bonuses based on performance
All food (not just breakfast and dinner - bonus!)
